Cottage Upgrade

This is based on a real project for a very small workers cottage. The block is less than 200m2 and has a width of 6m.

Here showcasing a design exercise showing how you can use a stairwell to bring light from up stairs northern facing windows into a living space whlie utalising the space under the stairs for the kitchen.

The ensuite was a concept design for a dark modern pallet with a unique mirror feature, natural stone look tiles and brass tapware.
