Located on the same property as their street-facing café, there was a remarkable old garage that housed a room above. This garage, distinguished by its brickwork and expansive ceiling space, exhibited an unusual shape. While this could have posed challenges during the planning phase, it instead catered perfectly to their needs and crafted a uniquely fascinating space.

The conversion of this old garage required some negotiation with the local council, owing to the necessary change in its designated usage and the need for it to comply with current parking regulations. However, with the assistance of a professional planner, we were able to successfully maneuver through these requirements.

Currently, the project is in the construction phase. We eagerly anticipate seeing the end result and are thrilled about the potential that this unique conversion holds.
