When considering the Harts' new residence, the land acquisition included an existing house design. However, upon reviewing the design, it became evident that the positioning would lead to an uncomfortably cold and dim living environment.
The irregular triangular shape of the site posed a challenge, as the original home design had been adapted to fit this shape without sufficient consideration for optimal orientation and natural light.
To address these issues, we undertook a comprehensive redesign process, involving multiple meetings to refine the plans. As a result, we were able to create a vibrant and sunlit home that not only adhered to the land covenants but also harmoniously complemented the block.
