Located on Maitland's High Street, the property is of historical significance and is heritage-listed. This brings along unique challenges, including structural enhancements and navigating changes in its intended use.

Together we aspire to design an enticing ambiance, offering a novel interpretation of Indian town aesthetics, drawing patrons from near and far.
